Thanks for your interest in serving on the Brickhouse Team!
Our involvement process is a 5 step process.

1. Indicate your interest by filling out the Application for Involvement (if you are applying for Jr. Youth Coaching please fill out the JYC Application for Involvement form.)
2. If you are 18 or older please fill out a permission to conduct a background check form
3. meet with an involvement coordinator
4. Come and see! Work with involvement coordinator to choose a night or event where you can experience bh for yourself.
5. Meet with an involvement coordinator for placement “finding your fit!”

*Strenghts Finder by Tom Rath: All Volunteer applicants will be encouraged to participate in an online assessment through the Strenght Finders online assessment tool.  E-mail Todd Hair to recieve a copy of the book containing your personal access code.
